In accordance with the requirements of Article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On Appeals of Individuals and Legal Entities”, appeals in which the surname, name, patronymic of an individual, information about the address of residence or the full name of a legal entity and its location address are not indicated or are indicated incorrectly, as well as those submitted without a signature (digital electronic signature), are considered anonymous appeals and are not considered, unless they contain information about the preparation for committing a crime or the crime committed.
