On December 26, 2025, in the conference hall of the central apparatus of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan, a meeting was held with the participation of an expanded composition of employees, dedicated to the explanation and interpretation of the next Message of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, to the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Main Directions of the Country's Domestic and Foreign Policy."

During the event, the First Deputy Director of the Agency, B. Rasli, noted that indeed, the "Message" of the leader of any country is an official state document with official legal status and guiding significance for all state institutions. From this perspective, the Message of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan "On the Main Directions of the Republic's Domestic and Foreign Policy" to the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan also holds the position of an important legal document on the path to improving political, social, and cultural life, as well as all aspects of societal life in general, possessing greater significance, influence, and authority.

This year's Message from the Head of State, delivered on December 16, 2025, compared to the messages of previous years, is full of reasonable and constructive proposals and ideas. Its main feature is that this year's Message has a constructive and innovative spirit, encompassing a series of serious modern proposals, such as the development of innovative technologies, the implementation of a digital economy, the widespread use of artificial intelligence, the rapid industrialization of the country, and others.

Indeed, the Message of the Leader of the Nation "On the Main Directions of the Republic's Domestic and Foreign Policy" to the Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan is considered a fateful document in the direction of progress in all vitally important spheres of the society of our beloved Tajikistan. The instructions given regarding each sphere should become the primary priority guidance and desktop program for every employee in a specific sector, and necessary measures must be taken for their full and timely implementation.

In conclusion, it was noted that we must be grateful for the peaceful atmosphere of the country, nationwide unity, pride in the state and statehood, selflessly work for the progress of society and the achievement of new successes, and contribute to the implementation of the instructions and tasks arising from the Message.
