In August 2026, on the initiative of the Directorate of the Agency for State Financial Control and Combating Corruption of the Republic of Tajikistan in the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, a meeting was held at Military Unit 0412 of the Border Troops Directorate of the State Committee for National Security of the Republic of Tajikistan for GBAO with the aim of raising the anti-corruption culture of personnel in the military sphere.

During the event, Agency staff delivered reports on the current anti-corruption legislation, ways of preventing and deterring this phenomenon, the consequences of committing corrupt acts, as well as other topical issues. Participants were also briefed on the content of the country’s anti-corruption legislation.
